ONEV CAPITAL SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES A SERIES OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SHOPPING CENTER DISPOSITIONS & ACQUISITIONS

May.11.2022 - The OneV Capital team is pleased to announce a successful disposition of three separate shopping center assets located in Orange County, CA. Included in this series of sales were Chapman Plaza, Roxey Plaza, and Old Town Tustin Shopping Strip.

Acquired in August 2020 & May 2021, these shopping centers were selected by the team as value-add projects. OneV implemented its value-add business plan to improve each property’s aesthetic while simultaneously renewing or executing new leases at market rates.

The team was able to successfully execute upon its plan for each property within the first year of ownership and brought the properties to market beginning in late 2021.

OneV recently completed the disposition the third property, representing a total value exceeding $15,000,000. The team is pleased to announce that the sale of these properties resulted in an average of 65% net return on investment to investors.

OneV recently completed the acquisition of three properties in Santa Ana, West Covina, and Alhambra, CA totaling $10,000,000- all three properties have also been designated as value-add projects.
